Day 2

Education & Experience

Learning through practice. Sunrise movement and a mindful breakfast with nutrition education, workshops on stress & burnout and on habits & cravings, a beginner-friendly gym confidence session, and personalised one-to-one consultations with the doctor, psychologist, dietitian and physiotherapist. A relaxed dinner and guided evening reflection.

Transition & Sustainability

An interactive lunch and nutrition experience, the signature 5 Pillars session, a gym confidence workshop, and a stress, sleep & recovery workshop.
